Most clients benefit from a series of treatments, often three to six sessions spaced weekly or biweekly depending on concerns. Your consultation will establish a tailored schedule based on skin laxity and desired results.
The consultation itself is painless. ThermiSmooth treatments produce a warming sensation but are generally well tolerated. No general anesthesia is required; topical numbing can be used for added comfort if needed.
Some improvement may appear after the first session, but collagen remodeling continues. Noticeable results typically develop over several weeks, with optimal skin tightening visible around six to twelve weeks after completing the series.
Side effects are usually mild and temporary, such as redness, swelling, or warmth. Rare complications include burns or prolonged sensitivity. We review contraindications during consultation and screen for conditions that may increase risk.
